A premier landscape engineering and automation client based in the Netherlands was commissioned to design a modern, interactive public square fountain. Requiring highly responsive, variable-speed water pumps to achieve precise jet heights and patterns.

1. Custom Tuning for Zero Jitter: Leveraging the flexible architecture of the JYQD-V8.3E, JUYI Tech assisted the client in optimizing the board's internal resistance and capacitance parameters. This successfully eliminated initial startup jitter and stabilized the no-load to full-load current transition.
2. Thermal Management Design: Because the fountain pumps operated continuously at a high duty cycle, our team guided the client on proper thermal integration. Since the application pushed power limits beyond 60W, we ensured the deployment of custom-matched heatsinks with appropriate electrical insulation between the driver MOSFETs and the installation plates.
3. Signal Integrity: Given the distance between the control vaults and the submerged pumps, JUYI Tech recommended the implementation of shielded wiring exceeding 50 cm to suppress electromagnetic interference and prevent abnormal driving behavior.
